This position will be resposible for overseeing the Coaches Commitee.  The director will act as a liaison for the Board and will be responsible for reporting all matters discussed at Coaches Committee meetings.  The director will plan, facilitate and guide all meetings of the coaches and parent reps, matters include (not limited to): Finances, Insurance, Sanctioning, securing Practice Facility, Tournament Direction, Fundraising, etc..  The director will also be responsible for issue resolution, per polcy #11.  In addition, this position will be responsible for working with the Head Coaches for tracking/labeling/accounting of all organization owned equipment.  Lastly, this position will work closely with the Tournament Committee as necessary to execute the organizational plan.
